Measures at Eindhoven Airport to inform about keeping 1,5 meters distance

To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, Eindhoven Airport and its partners at the airport do everything they can to ensure that travelers and employees keep a distance of at least 1,5 meters. In the terminal the airport communicates this message (in various languages) on a large number of signs, the flight information screens, the video wall behind the information desk, on banners and on stickers on the floor and on a text cart at the forecourt. Also in the planes, the terminal and parking garage P1 is announced that 1,5 meters must be kept away. When boarding and getting off the plane strict supervision is also carried out. The luggage is prepared so that the passengers do not have to take it off the belt themselves and then possibly get too close together. Employees of Eindhoven Airport, handling agent Viggo, G4S security and the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee check extra on compliance with the rules. To prevent further spread of the coronavirus as much as possible, Eindhoven Airport follows the advice of the RIVM and the GGD.
